




A vehicle dealership is seeking an Administrative Assistant professional in Rio Claro (Stadium). **Responsibilities:** Handle telephone and in-person customer and supplier service. Manage and file administrative and tax documents. Provide support for departmental routine tasks, such as typing, report generation, and spreadsheet preparation. Enter data into the dealership’s internal systems. Assist in the opening and closing process of service orders, where applicable.
