Requirements: Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in collections operations Practical experience with: Debt negotiation Objections B2C and/or B2B portfolios Targets and indicators (CPC, TKM, Effectiveness, Conversion) Technical Knowledge Negotiation techniques Script development Indicator analysis Intermediate Excel Experience with CRM / dialer systems ADDITIONAL ASSETS Prior experience as a quality monitor or supervisor Experience delivering training for both new and legacy portfolio segments BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES Clear and didactic communication Leadership posture Organization Analytical mindset Ability to deliver structured feedback Energy and engagement RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver initial training (onboarding) Develop learning paths Conduct portfolio-specific refresher training Train on specific objections Support supervisors in team development Monitor post-training progress Create training materials (slides, activities, simulations) Minimum Education: High School Diploma * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance
