Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Window and Door Installer Assistant to support the assembly and installation of doors, windows, and façades made of aluminum and glass, ensuring quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the assembly and installation of aluminum, glass, and/or PVC windows and doors 2. Organize the workplace and comply with safety and quality standards 3. Perform cleaning and finishing of installed products **About the position:** We are looking for a dedicated and proactive professional to work as a Window and Door Installer Assistant. This person will support assembly and installation activities for doors, windows, and façades made of aluminum and glass, ensuring product quality and safety for our customers. **Main responsibilities:** * Assist in assembling and installing aluminum, glass, and/or PVC windows and doors. * Transport components and materials at the installation site. * Prepare tools and organize the workplace. * Support measuring, cutting, and securing components as directed by the installer. * Perform cleaning and finishing of installed products. * Comply with safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in construction sites, metalworking shops, or assembly is desirable (but not mandatory). * Manual dexterity and proficiency using hand tools. * Commitment, organizational skills, and willingness to learn. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience assembling windows and doors. * Basic ability to read measurements. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:18 PM. **Location:** Tubarão/SC Employment type: Full-time CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Compensation: R$2,000.00 – R$2,300.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Screening question(s): * Do you reside in Tubarão or the surrounding region? * Are you available to travel for company business? * Are you available to work overtime?
