Actuamos en toda la cadena energética, con actividades en generación, distribución, transmisión y comercialización, además de soluciones energéticas. **PUESTO:** Supervisor de campo **EN ESTE PUESTO, SE ESPERA QUE USTED PUEDA:** * Supervisar los servicios de atención de emergencia, mantenimiento programado y servicios comerciales en redes de MT/BT, manteniendo el suministro de energía eléctrica en los niveles previamente establecidos. * Desarrollar y actualizar la programación de trabajo de los equipos, trabajando activamente para garantizar su cumplimiento; * Mitigar el absentismo buscando opciones de reposición y ajustes de equipos; * Realizar diálogos diarios de seguridad de forma masiva con el equipo; * Actuar en campo bajo demanda para brindar soporte técnico especializado; * Realizar auditorías periódicas para identificar y tratar desviaciones en seguridad, comportamiento y calidad (PDCA); * Garantizar que los equipos cuenten con todos los materiales, herramientas, equipos, EPI y EPC necesarios para llevar a cabo las actividades; * Garantizar que todos los equipos estén capacitados para entregar resultados de calidad, evitando desperdicios y cumpliendo con los estándares; * Actuar como suplente de jefe de equipo. * Seguimiento y control de horas extras **REQUISITOS:** * Título universitario en Ingeniería Eléctrica O curso técnico en Electrotécnica. * Curso básico NR-10 (40 horas). * Curso complementario (SEP) de la NR-10 (40 horas) * Licencia de conducir categoría B. * Registro activo en el CREA para ingenieros y en el CFT para técnicos. **Ubicación:** Aracati - CE ¡Únase a nosotros en la empresa líder del sector, donde tendrá la oportunidad de participar en la construcción de una energía cada vez más sostenible, aportando su talento para cambiar el mundo junto con nosotros!
