**Position:** Junior Electrical Systems Technician (Project Scheduling) \- Russas (CE)
**Description and Requirements**
**Who you will work with:**
You will join the **Dispatching and Services** team responsible for:
• Planning, scheduling, and controlling physical, financial, material, equipment, and other resources based on proposed prioritization to optimize the execution of preventive maintenance services for MV/LV networks;
* Monitoring the effectiveness of the proposed planning to validate executed services or reschedule them;
* Developing and managing maintenance plans jointly with Operational Bases;
* Interacting with Maintenance Supervisors and Base Supervisors and monitoring the execution of the Inspection Plan;
* Defining FTE for service execution and monitoring the opening of work orders and requests for scheduled outages;
* Analyzing, validating, and tracking the scheduling workflow with Pre-Operations, and confirming service scheduling requests with Operational Bases, ensuring adherence to deadlines and operational procedures to avoid service cancellations;
* Interacting with Maintenance Supervisors and Base Supervisors and monitoring the execution of the WTS Maintenance Plan;
* Ensuring necessary materials are available for scheduled activities at warehouses and Operational Bases;
* Ensuring inspection demand for defects and generation of projects for service execution;
* Monitoring and validating service measurements and ensuring closure of anomalies in GOM.

**In this role, you will be responsible for:**
Planning and executing MV/LV network projects.
**What we expect from you:**
**Mandatory Academic Qualifications**
Completed High School.
Technical training in Electrotechnology.
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering—preferably Electrical Engineering—is a plus.
**Technical Requirements:**
2 years of experience in maintenance and network project scheduling.
**Desirable:**
1\. Ability to perform planning, service dispatching, and control activities using Office Suite (Excel), E\-order; SGM; GOM; and SDE;
2\. Ability to generate defect reports in GOM, group defects, and create Work Orders;
3\. Ability to estimate material and labor costs;
3\. Ability to close defects in operational systems.
