You will join the Financial Planning team, working on data modeling and integration, developing reports and dashboards in Power BI, ensuring governance, availability, and performance of information to support business decisions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Integrate data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, web, relational databases, and cloud) using advanced SQL and Power Query. * Design tabular models following best practices for relationships, granularity, and dimension/fact tables. * Build time intelligence models and complex measures (YTD, MTD, rolling windows, cohort, scenario) using advanced DAX. * Ensure data quality: validations, reconciliations, technical documentation, and data cataloging. * Address business area requests; gather requirements and translate them into actionable KPIs and indicators. * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical models that support the company’s strategic and operational decision-making. * Present analysis results clearly, concisely, and visually appealingly using tools such as Excel, Python, Power BI, etc. * Support forecasting and financial analyses (variance, trend, margin, profitability) in partnership with the Controller’s Office. * Schedule updates, manage gateways, and govern workspaces. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields. * Mandatory proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI. * Desired: courses/certifications in Power BI, SQL, dimensional modeling, and basic Python for data. * Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data. * Excellent communication skills and ability to guide internal clients. * Ability to interpret and analyze performance indicators. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across different company departments. * Proactivity and capacity to seek innovative solutions to challenges. * Results-oriented mindset with focus on value creation and scalability. * Experience in BI/Data, with Power BI and SQL. **Additional Information** * Meal voucher or food allowance * Unimed Health Plan * Uniodonto Dental Plan * Health and wellness programs * Wellhub/Gympass * Pluxee Cuida (legal, financial, and social support) * Pharmacy partnerships * Life insurance * Annual Profit Sharing (PLR).
