Collaborate integrally with Supply Chain, Sales, and Production teams in the S\&OP process to ensure balance between production capacity and service level. Monitor KPIs and proactively adjust plans in response to demand fluctuations or operational constraints. * Strategic Materials Management: Define and manage inventory policies (safety stock levels, coverage, turnover), ensuring material availability while optimizing working capital. Collaborate with Procurement and suppliers on lead time negotiations, economic order quantities, and supply performance improvements. * Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Analyze production, demand, and inventory data to identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains. Lead continuous improvement and process automation initiatives using analytical systems and tools. * Logistics and Material Flow Coordination: Ensure efficient material flow among suppliers, production units, and distribution centers. Collaborate with Logistics to define transportation and supply strategies. * KPI and Performance Management: Define, monitor, and report planning and materials KPIs (e.g., service level, inventory coverage, forecast accuracy, OTIF), proposing action plans for deviations. * Cross-Functional Communication and Interface: Serve as the focal point between Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service, ensuring alignment and agile decision-making.
