If, like us, you believe you can make a difference, join our team and grow with us! **Main Responsibilities** * Perform hardware maintenance on desktops, notebooks, and peripherals; * Configure and provide support for Microsoft Office suite and iPhones; * Manage and provide support for environments with Active Directory (AD) and Domain Controller (DC); * Provide technical support and assistance to different company units; * Support the technological infrastructure of an auditorium, including basic audiovisual resource support; * Attend events outside regular business hours when necessary. **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience in technical support; * Solid knowledge of hardware maintenance and software configuration; * Proficiency in Active Directory (AD) and Domain Controller (DC); * Microsoft Office – intermediate level; * Knowledge of telecommunications and networking systems; * Availability for occasional requests outside regular business hours; * Proactive, communicative profile with customer experience focus. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience supporting audiovisual equipment; * Experience serving multiple units/branches; * Knowledge of medium- or large-scale corporate environments. **Employment Type: CLT \+ Benefits** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; * Medical and dental plans; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance / Food voucher; * Transportation voucher; * Discount club; * Access to Wellhub (gyms) and Mente Tranquila; * Discounts on Positivo products; * University partnership; * And much more.
