Job Summary: An accounting professional to provide customer service, financial support, submission of tax returns, accounting closing, and team assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and process alignment 2. Accounting closing for medium- and high-complexity clients 3. Support and guidance for new employees Provides customer service via phone, WhatsApp, in-person meetings, and online meetings to resolve potential questions and align processes. Supports data entry of financial transactions. Submits all types of federal supplementary tax declarations across all tax regimes and complexity levels, using software provided by government agencies, to comply with current legislation. Performs accounting closing for medium- and high-complexity companies using the Dominio system, to comply with current legislation. Supports new team members by guiding them on system usage, network access, and execution of accounting department processes. Provides general team support for routine accounting tasks.
