If you are a professional eager to dedicate yourself to all this and wish to make innovation part of your daily routine, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare and review annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections aligned with strategic goals. * Conduct variance analyses (actual vs. budget vs. forecast) and identify risks and opportunities. * Prepare management reports and dashboards with clear insights for senior management and business units. * Develop budget planning for sales, expenses, and investments by accounting account, cost center, and branch, ensuring result variables have defined targets for operations to follow, enabling the company to achieve its numerical objectives. * Define performance indicators to be monitored per department, leading to achievement of the Company’s numerical and strategic goals, as each department understands and assumes its role within the organization. * Develop executive presentations for board meetings and committees. * Ensure financial data governance, proposing improvements to information quality and consistency. * Manage managerial closing processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of information. * Identify and propose process improvements impacting company results. * Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing analytical support for decision-making. * Develop future scenarios to assist management in making medium- and long-term decisions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. * Postgraduate studies preferred. * Experience in controller functions. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. * Basic Power BI skills. * Basic SAP knowledge. **Additional Information** We seek individuals passionate about service, capable of solving problems, acting with emotional intelligence, and willing to roll up their sleeves and execute.
