Property Security Operator | CCTV Monitoring

**Job Description** We are looking for a **Property Security Operator** to support the company's security, including its headquarters, stores, warehouses, data centers, among others, through camera and CCTV system monitoring. Prevent and record crimes and other irregularities, alerting leadership and competent authorities when suspicious behaviors are detected by cameras. Let’s sail toward the future! **\#JoinBrisanet** **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group; * Prepare reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested; * Update area indicators when necessary; * Actively participate in meetings and organizational commitments when required; * Use individual and collective safety equipment when necessary; * Perform other related duties according to area needs and leadership guidance; * Support company security across its headquarters, stores, warehouses, data centers, and other facilities via camera and CCTV system monitoring; * Monitor access control at company facilities during staff absences (weekends, holidays, data centers); * Prevent and record crimes and other irregularities, reporting to leadership and competent authorities upon identifying suspicious behaviors captured by cameras; * Monitor internal and external order across all company areas, taking appropriate actions in case of any abnormalities; * Activate, deactivate, and monitor alarms, access controllers, and security cameras; * Contribute to risk analysis and implementation of mitigation strategies; * Have 3 or more years of experience in the field; * Analyze information available in security camera recordings to identify specific requested situations; * Perform the same duties as a Property Security Operator I; * Handle more complex events and require less direct supervision; * Instruct access guards in alarm activation cases and/or when necessary, in the absence of higher leadership; * Train new security operators; * Serve as a reference point for clarifying doubts and providing technical support; * Establish more direct communication with competent authorities in emergency cases; * Conduct risk analysis and implement strategies to mitigate and/or resolve risks; * Manage incident response for serious incidents such as intrusions, thefts, or other emergencies in the absence of immediate leadership; * Open service tickets in the system to report communication issues with devices, and access ONUs when necessary. **What we’re looking for in this opportunity:** * High school diploma; * 1 year of experience in the field, which may include internship/apprenticeship experience; * Knowledge of CCTV monitoring system software. **Additional advantages:** * Completed or ongoing higher education; * Familiarity with Google tools (Sheets, Docs) and computer networks. **At Brisanet Group you’ll find:** * A work culture that respects and values people; * Internal events covering diverse topics; * A collaborative environment that values personal and professional development; * A horizontal and vertical structure, meaning you are the protagonist of your career!; * Meal benefits (headquarters via cafeteria, branches via Alelo); * Co-payment health insurance; * Dental plan; * Life insurance; * WellHub (GymPass); * IVI (Emotional Support Platform); * Childcare allowance; * PCD dependent assistance; * Payroll-deducted loan (after 6 months); * Discounts of up to 50% on Brisanet Internet and BrisaMusic services; * Up to 60% discounts at higher education institutions.
