We are seeking a **Commercial Specialist** to monitor and interpret digital sales performance indicators (conversion rates, CAC, LTV, ROI, among others); develop and implement specific commercial strategies for channels such as e-commerce, WhatsApp, social media, marketplaces, and apps; and use and interpret CRM, marketing automation platforms, BI, and analytics data.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group;
* Ensure compliance with departmental standards, processes, routines, and policies;
* Lead and align your team through monitoring, training, feedback, task delegation, conflict resolution, motivational actions, performance evaluation, hiring requests, reallocation and/or termination requests, disciplinary measures, and other people management activities;
* Promote and internalize the organizational culture within your team (Business, Mission, Vision, Values, and Strategy);
* Monitor and analyze area performance indicators and define short- and medium-term actions to improve deliverables;
* Seek innovations and improvements that increase productivity and performance in area activities;
* Support audit processes when necessary;
* Prepare and present results reports, forms, spreadsheets, or documents to leadership, as requested;
* Participate in defining the area’s strategic and budgetary planning, when requested;
* Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments, when requested;
* Use individual and collective safety equipment, when required;
* Perform other duties related to the position, according to area needs and leadership direction;
* Monitor and interpret digital sales performance indicators (conversion rates, CAC, LTV, ROI, among others);
* Identify growth opportunities, customer behavior patterns, and bottlenecks in the digital journey;
* Prepare managerial reports and dashboards with data-driven strategic recommendations;
* Participate in setting goals and projections for digital channels;
* Support the definition and execution of promotional campaigns and seasonal plans;
* Monitor commercial actions’ performance and propose adjustments to optimize results;
* Develop and implement specific commercial strategies for channels such as e-commerce, WhatsApp, social media, marketplaces, and apps;
* Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align content, offers, and target audience;
* Suggest improvements to the digital customer journey, focusing on conversion and retention;
* Support digital customer service and sales teams with up-to-date information on products, offers, campaigns, and strategies;
* Conduct training and capacity-building sessions to promote proper tool usage and commercial argumentation;
* Use and interpret CRM, marketing automation platforms, BI, and analytics data;
* Suggest improvements to sales platforms in partnership with Technology and Product areas;
* Ensure efficient integration across channels and systems;
* Monitor customer reputation and experience across digital channels;
* Analyze feedback and interactions to enhance sales and post-sales processes;
* Work with the retention and post-sales team to ensure customer loyalty.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Production Engineering, Advertising, or related fields;
* Experience in digital sales, online acquisition channels, and conversion funnels;
* Advanced knowledge of CRM tools, Google Analytics, BI, and marketing automation.
