Pole Installation Technical Assistant Position Description We are seeking a Technical Assistant to support pole installation in infrastructure projects. The professional will work directly in the field, performing installation and maintenance of electric power poles, telecommunications poles, and public lighting poles. Responsibilities * Assist in pole installation in accordance with current technical standards; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installed poles; * Participate in alignment meetings with the technical team; * Ensure workplace safety; * Report issues and suggestions for improvement in the pole installation process. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in infrastructure or electrical fields; * Knowledge of technical standards related to pole installation; * Ability to work in a team and under pressure; * Driver's license category B.
