PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill positions according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Professional Development Coordinator **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as: dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Candidates declining the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 8625\.44 **UNIT:** São Mateus/ES \- CN Unit \- No. 123 \- SENAT **JOB SUMMARY:** Plans, coordinates, executes, and evaluates Professional Development activities of the Operational Unit, ensuring the efficiency of SENAT's teaching and learning process according to Executive Department guidelines, and develops marketing initiatives for SENAT's products. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Proof of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree in Education Sciences, Pedagogy, Psychology, Juridical Sciences, Economics, or Administration — Bachelor's or Teaching License. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** 1\) Proven professional experience in management roles. 2\) Proven professional experience in education and/or professional development activities. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer's statement containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service performed, and description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of the Worker's Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, clearly linking to the target position (only if the CTPS registration title matches that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service provision, supplemented by item "b" above if the position title alone is insufficient to verify experience.
