As a Telemarketing Intern, your challenge will be to qualify leads, engage individuals, and schedule opportunities that pave the way for our sales team—while developing with the support of our renowned Corporate University. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct prospecting and initial qualification calls with potential customers, following optimized scripts. * Introduce, at an introductory level, the benefits of Vitae Saúde’s products and services. * Schedule contacts and visits for the senior sales team, optimizing their calendars. * Confirm attendance to reduce no\-shows and support rescheduling of customers. * Maintain and update the customer database and CRM with accurate client information. * Actively collaborate with the team to optimize outreach strategies and lead generation. **Essential Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Communication, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proactivity, organization, and strong willingness to learn and develop. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ease of use with systems. * Alignment with Vitae Saúde’s mission and values. **What We Offer:** * **Stipend** commensurate with market standards. * **Transportation allowance.** * **Meal allowance.** * **VT CORPORATE UNIVERSITY:** Exclusive access to daily training sessions and certifications in Sales, Customer Service, Communication, Emotional Intelligence, and more. * **Real opportunity for permanent hiring and career development plan** within a company experiencing exponential growth. \* Job Type: Internship Compensation: R$875.00 \- R$1\.518.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance
