The professional will interface directly with operations and maintenance teams, contributing to continuous process improvement, increasing reliability, reducing costs, implementing, maintaining, and continuously enhancing the company’s management systems, ensuring compliance with international standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. **Work location:** Jaguarari **Employment model:** Permanent, CLT \| On-site **Grow with us!** \#SomosEro \#TrabalheConosco \#Oportunidade **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and maintain managerial reports and performance dashboards. * Support process standardization and implementation of operational best practices. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Monitor and optimize operational process performance, proposing continuous improvements; * Conduct operational reliability studies; * Structure, consolidate, and analyze operational data, transforming\-them into strategic information for decision-making. * Support process standardization and implementation of operational best practices. * Define efficient and stable quality plans and operational routines; * Ensure process quality by consolidating the management system: calibration management, bench-scale testing, laboratory analyses. * Identify operational bottlenecks and propose technical solutions to increase efficiency. * Participate in continuous improvement and technological innovation projects. * Develop dashboards and analytical reports to support decision-making; * Present results and action plans to technical and managerial leadership. * Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, and procurement teams; * Promote a culture of operational excellence and safety; * Contribute to production planning, aligning performance targets with budget and production schedule. * Conduct cost-reduction studies across processes through consumption reduction, input specification changes, and optimization of operational routines. * Evaluate and implement technological solutions to reduce costs and minimize employee exposure to risk; * Represent Performance Engineering on multidisciplinary committees focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainability. **Requirements and qualifications** * Minimum education required: Degree in Mining Engineering / Chemical Engineering or related fields; * Solid knowledge of process engineering, performance management, and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma); * Proficiency in maintenance management systems (SAP PM, Totvs, etc.) and data analysis tools (Power BI, Advanced Excel); * Experience operating mineral processing plants. **Additional information** * Competitive salary * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Private pension plan * Health insurance * Dental insurance * On-site meals (at operational units) * Meal allowance (at offices) * Food allowance * Transportation assistance * Quality of Life Program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended maternity and paternity leave (Citizen Company) * Club membership benefit \- may vary by location * Eyeglass purchase assistance for family members #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We belong to a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
