Being diverse means being SUPER! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Position Objective** Responsible for executing back-office financial control and monitoring activities, administrative and operational support, contributing to achieving productivity and quality targets and standards for the processes in which the role operates. Additionally, the role supports Planning, Control, and Management of inventory, preventing both stockouts and overstocking. **Position Responsibilities** * Monitor and assist in executing activities related to finance, inventory, and document archiving processes. * Operate processes within the assigned area according to defined procedures, reporting any issues identified, in order to seek appropriate solutions. * Manually capture invoices (NFs), when necessary. Handle and forward invoices for automatic or manual capture. * Verify and request signed delivery receipts from the distribution team, in accordance with established deadlines and procedures. * Verify processing of outgoing invoices (NFs). * Verify processing of incoming invoices (NFs). * Execute necessary actions to maintain service provider contracts in compliance with company policy. * Create material requisitions for the finance area. * Create purchase requisitions for the finance area. * Monitor implementation actions for service contracts, supporting preparation for “contract measurement.” * Support documentation gathering requests for the finance area originating from legal, commercial, and operations departments. * Properly archive documents under the finance area’s responsibility. * Manage material inventory, performing receipt and dispatch of materials at the warehouse. * Inspect, identify, and store received materials. * Generate procurement needs—replenishing inventory while monitoring process lead time. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic level) **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in Accounting **Additional Information** At Supergasbras, we recognize and support our employees’ dedication through excellent benefits and programs.
