Job Summary:
A professional responsible for equipment inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, working on electrical systems, automation, and instrumentation, as well as participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Highlights:
1. Performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment.
2. Responsible for improvements in electrical systems, automation, and instrumentation.
3. Participates in continuous improvement teams and develops technical training.
* Conduct equipment inspections to identify and correct anomalies found; • Execute (via SAP) preventive, predictive maintenance activities and improvements (Kaizens) related to electrical systems, automation, instrumentation, and computerized control systems; • Responsible for correcting anomalies impacting safety, quality, productivity, and maintenance, including modifications and reprogramming of digital control systems; • Perform corrective maintenance activities, analyze failures (EWOs), identify root causes of breakdowns, define corrective actions to prevent recurrence, and implement countermeasures; • Conduct tests on new installations from new projects (startups and commissioning) to ensure flawless operation according to project-defined standards; • Collaborate with suppliers and other company factories to introduce improvements and resolve issues; • Participate in continuous improvement teams to identify opportunities within existing facilities, as well as support implementation efforts, always aiming to enhance facility performance and safety conditions; • Develop and deliver technical training aligned with one’s expertise level for electrical maintenance / instrumentation technical teams; • Support preparation for and participate in internal and external audits related to safety, quality, UMS, etc.; • Carry out tasks in accordance with engineering standards, procedures, and work instructions to meet policies, regulations (NRs), objectives, and performance standards; • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP, SMP, LUP, PR\-MAN, etc.); • Authorize/Execute/Supervise/Assume responsibility for high-risk tasks (ATR); • Supervise and ensure proper execution of automation-related and supervisory system-related work performed by third-party service providers on-site;
