IT network and system support, including configuration **100% On-site Position** Certo Soluções em Tecnologia is seeking an IT Technical Support Professional to join our team and contribute to technological innovation and optimal technology operation. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to employees for equipment and software. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of computers. * Provide IT network and system support, including configuration and internal resources. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Technology or Computer Networks. * Knowledge of hardware and software, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. * Basic understanding of computer networks (cabling, basic switch, router, and Wi\-Fi configuration). * Strong user support and customer service skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with ticketing management tools (help desk). * Prior experience in IT and network support (IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs), with ability to quickly diagnose and resolve connectivity issues.
