In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform classification processes assessing the quality of green coffee beans (more precise and accurate classifications) to minimize bag purchase costs and prices, and maximize the final product value. *MAKE IT REAL* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Procurement and verification of coffee across all **ofi** purchasing groups; * Opening and closing service guides, as well as analyzing root causes of quality deviations in each processing batch; * Verification of shipment and blending of coffee destined for domestic and international markets under any sales/packaging modality; * Conducting periodic audits on lots stored in company-owned and third-party warehouses; * Creating guides to anticipate quality and weight loss of green coffee beans when such need is identified; * Entering procurement and reprocessing guide results into the operational system; * Organizing records of offered samples with quality, hand-picking, and sieving data. Maximum one monthly deviation between offer sample/shipment/warehouse intake. Ensuring all coffee is recorded according to the classification determined by the branch. Leveraging separation of coffees with specialty potential; * Delivering regular reports on crop quality during annual Quality Department meetings, maintaining alignment with supervisors regarding applicable purchasing standards; * Supporting the Origination team in identifying potential customers in the region; * Authorizing contracts for payments; * Monitoring general transfers and any other warehouse-related services.
