Responsibilities: * Develop high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes * Collaborate with development teams to ensure effective implementation of designs * Conduct user research to understand users' needs and preferences * Optimize usability and user experience across all digital products * Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies Requirements: * Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc. * Knowledge of user interface and user experience design principles * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate design ideas effectively * Capability to creatively and effectively solve design problems * Academic background in Graphic Design, User Interface Design, Communication Design, or a related field
