Promote innovation and professional growth **Job Description:** ### **Essential Functions of the Role:** * Support a team of software engineers in developing software products and solutions by providing guidance, code reviews, and technical assistance. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, ensuring successful delivery. * Support professional growth and mentorship of team members through regular feedback, coaching, and career development planning. * Contribute to the execution of the software engineering strategy by participating in strategic discussions and technology assessments. * Manage project tasks and assignments, helping prioritize and plan work to achieve established objectives. * Monitor schedules, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure efficient project execution. * Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues as they arise. * Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team. ### **Basic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Typically, more than 6 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role within software engineering. * Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies. * Prior experience in leadership or mentoring roles. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership position. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. ### **Other Qualifications:** * A graduate degree in a related field is a plus. * Relevant certifications or training are a plus.
