All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Pick and transport products and packaging; * Record movements in the WMS system, verifying product data with the scanner; * Palletize loads according to customer specifications and fragility matrix; * Keep staging and picking areas organized, without mixed or damaged products; * Work in the product recovery area; * Collect and store leftover or fragmented products in the picking area; * Operate equipment only after specific training; * Complete pre-use equipment checklists; * Conduct cyclic inventory alongside the warehouse team; * Sort and segregate pallets, racks, corner braces, and tube supports; * Dispose of waste according to the selective collection program; * Maintain your work area organized per standards (5S); * Comply with SSMA and Quality norms and procedures; * Comply with Compliance Policies; * Report unsafe acts and conditions to leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school education (in progress or completed) preferred; * Experience in loading and unloading preferred; * Knowledge of warehouse logistics preferred; * Availability to work on rotating shifts under a 6x1 schedule; * Easy access to the Extrema/MG region required. **Additional Information** You already know traditional benefits — and we offer those too.
