So, are you ready to wear this jersey with us?\#SBFRecruitment \#JoinSBF **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Senior Project Analyst in Planning/Strategy and Innovation**, you’ll step onto the field with the following responsibilities: * Identify, map, and redesign workflows for new WMS processes; * Validate and approve functional and technical documentation for new developments and customizations; * Map logistics processes with focus on warehousing, receiving, shipping, inventory, and stock control; * Define and detail functional and technical requirements for WMS implementation, enhancement, or improvement; * Lead WMS implementation, upgrade, or customization projects processually, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality; * Collaborate with business areas (Operations, Transportation, IT, etc.) to translate operational needs into efficient systemic solutions; * Be responsible for mapping process workflows and communicating with the Technology department; Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for employees from involved departments; * **Requirements and Qualifications** What you need to play this role: * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * In-depth knowledge of WMS systems and logistics processes; * Experience in process mapping, requirement definition, and project execution; * Experience in logistics environments, distribution centers, or warehousing operations; * Strong analytical ability, systemic vision, and skill in cross-departmental coordination.
