Job Summary: As a Senior Project Analyst, you will work hands-on with the TMS system, leading trainings, mapping and redesigning workflows, validating documentation, and serving as the focal point for logistics projects. So, are you ready to wear this jersey with us?\#SeleçãoSBF \#vempraSBF **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Senior Project Analyst in Planning/Strategy and Innovation**, you will engage directly in field operations with the following responsibilities: * Master and serve as the technical reference for Transportation Management System (TMS) functionalities; * Lead training and capacity-building sessions for employees and partners on transportation management tools; * Gather, map, and redesign workflows for new TMS processes and logistics networks; * Validate and approve functional and technical documentation for new developments, carrier integrations, and freight customizations; * Map logistics processes with focus on dispatch, route planning, freight auditing, and delivery monitoring (Last Mile); * Define and detail functional and technical requirements for TMS and tracking tool implementation, enhancement, or improvement; * Serve as the focal point for TMS implementation, upgrade, or carrier/tariff table integration projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality; * Collaborate with business areas (Operations, WMS, IT, and Carriers), translating distribution needs into efficient systemic solutions; * Serve as the focal point for the logistics expansion project, responsible for mapping transportation workflows and communicating with the Technology area to optimize costs and timelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** What you need for this position: * Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree preferred; * Proficiency in TMS systems and logistics processes; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum); * Experience in process mapping, requirement definition, project execution, and Continuous Improvement; * Experience in logistics environments, distribution centers, or warehousing operations; * Strong analytical ability, systemic vision, and cross-functional communication skills.
