If you are passionate about management, innovation, and results, this opportunity is for you! #### **Responsibilities** * Lead fleet management and asset maintenance teams; * Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance strategies; * Ensure fleet availability nationwide; * Coordinate internal teams and external workshops; * Manage tires, fuel, and cost performance (CPK); * Oversee suppliers, contracts, and service providers; * Administer OPEX and CAPEX costs; * Manage asset inventory and regulatory compliance; * Lead innovation and continuous improvement projects; * Implement telematics for efficiency, productivity, and safety; * Conduct fleet lifecycle and renewal studies; * Apply excellence programs (PEL, TPM). **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **Education and Mandatory Competencies** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Fleet Management; * Experience in people and cross-functional team management; * Knowledge of GPD, PDCA, and 5S methodologies; * Cost management (OPEX and CAPEX) and project management experience; #### **Desirable** * MBA/Postgraduate degree in Project Management or Maintenance Management; * Experience with heavy fleets (trucks and forklifts); * SAP knowledge. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health and dental insurance plans. * “Cuidar” Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR – Profit Sharing Program. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary – Education program for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
