Here, we practice an owner’s mindset when admiring our products, social projects, and brand value. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead Fleet Management and Asset Maintenance teams; * Manage the entire maintenance strategy and workflow for assets—including preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance plans; * Daily management of fleet availability across Brazil; * Coordinate Maintenance teams and external workshops in Brazil; * Tire management and improvement of performance and CPK cost; * Fuel management; * Supplier, contract, and service provider management; * OPEX and CAPEX cost management; * Asset inventory and regulatory management; * Project management focused on innovations and improvements to assets; * Telematics management focused on efficiency, productivity, and asset safety; * Lifecycle analysis and optimal replacement timing for assets; * Analysis of appropriate asset profiles for each operation; * Coordinate fleet renewal and asset decommissioning; * Manage excellence programs such as PEL and TPM. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree / MBA / Specialization in Fleet Management; * People management experience and experience leading multifunctional teams; * Knowledge and experience applying Guideline-Based Management (GPD), PDCA, and 5S methodologies; * Experience managing OPEX and CAPEX costs; * Experience in project management. **Additional Information** If you possess the above experiences and competencies, we are looking for a professional like you!
