Your role is to ensure operational routines are carried out with organization, quality, and safety—contributing to logistics flow efficiency and end-customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** Perform receiving, inspection, and warehousing of goods; Carry out order picking, packing, and labeling; Support shipping and dispatch processes; Follow logistics center standards for quality, safety, and organization; Comply with operational procedures and leadership instructions; Assist with inventory counts and routine inventory tasks; Maintain equipment, materials, and work areas; Contribute to achieving productivity and quality targets. **Requirements** Completed high school education; Ability to work effectively in a team; Willingness to learn and follow operational processes; Availability for a 5x2 rotating schedule; Commitment to safety and quality in task execution. **Preferred Qualifications** Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations; Experience in distribution centers or e-commerce; Basic knowledge of data collectors or WMS systems; Experience with picking, packing, or inventory routines.
