Telecom Network Technician **VMAX** is seeking a committed, proactive, and dynamic professional to work as a **Telecom Network Technician**, ensuring quality, efficiency, and excellence in serving our residential and corporate clients. Responsibilities Install and maintain GPON optical networks for residential and business customers. Configure routers and GPON network equipment, performing functionality tests and validations. Prepare and assemble optical connectors and RJ45 connectors\. Install and maintain UTP cables. Install and provide maintenance for IP TV and telephony services. Use optical instruments, such as OTDRs and active fiber identifiers, for network testing and diagnostics. Perform optical cable splicing and splitter maintenance. Fabricate and organize splice closures (FOSC) and CTOs. Interpret and implement GPON optical network designs. Provide technical support and maintenance, always adhering to VMAX's quality and excellence standards.
