You will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing quality, using various tools and methodologies such as PDCA and DMAIC to analyze problems and propose effective solutions. If this opportunity resonates with you and you’re passionate about your work, come discover the challenge Bauducco has in store for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** \- Process Analysis: Evaluate existing processes, identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement; \- Change Implementation: Propose and implement solutions to optimize processes, using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma; \- Training and Development: Train teams on the use of continuous improvement tools; \- Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor process performance after changes are implemented and assess results; \- Leadership and Communication: Lead continuous improvement projects, communicate changes to the team, and ensure adoption. **Requirements and Qualifications** \- Ability to analyze data and identify problems; \- Knowledge of project management in industrial settings; \- Ability to lead and communicate effectively with teams; \- Capacity to manage resistance to change; \- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields; \- Intermediate English (a plus); \- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field; \- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Quality Tools, TPM, PDCA, MASP, 5S, Kaizen, FMEA, among others. \- Must be available to work at the factory in Extrema\- Address: Rua Jose Antônio Pereira Passos, 899\-Pires\-Extrema\-Minas Gerais \-CEP 37640\-000 **Additional Information** In addition to salary, you will receive the following benefits: Shuttle service On-site meals; Meal allowance; Medical and dental assistance; Private pension plan; Life insurance; Pharmacy benefit; Discounts on Bauducco products; Welhub; Join our team and enjoy all these benefits!
