Assistance with scheduling and updating information **High School Internship – Customer Service Department** **Job Description:** We are seeking a **high school student intern** to provide commercial service and support, including customer contact and assistance with service scheduling. Location: Rua Manoel Alves, 174 – Centro – Contagem/MG Schedule: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Stipend: R$ 700.00 Responsibilities \- WhatsApp-based customer service and scheduling for companies served by the consultancy. \- Make phone calls to reschedule canceled appointments or follow up with no-show customers. \- Assist in scheduling customers for partner optical stores and clinics. \- Update records of service interactions and contact information.
