Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to support endomarketing, employer branding, and digital campaigns, manage social media, and assist with events. Key Highlights: 1. If you are dynamic, creative, curious, proactive, passionate about challenges, enjoy interacting with people, value teamwork, and seek an environment that supports diversity, this opportunity is for you! **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Developing and supporting endomarketing initiatives; * Implementing employer branding strategies to strengthen the employer brand; * Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics of marketing activities; * Conducting market and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities; * Supporting the organization and execution of internal and external events; * Managing social media channels (Instagram and LinkedIn), with emphasis on strategy, content, and SEO; * Reviewing and standardizing marketing materials (presentations, catalogs, brochures, etc.); * Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and others); * Supporting inbound marketing initiatives and CRM management; **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or Advertising and Public Relations; * Residency in Belo Horizonte or nearby regions; * Advanced English proficiency; * Portfolio submission is welcome during application! **Not mandatory but considered advantageous:** * English fluency; * Basic knowledge of metrics analysis (Google Analytics or mLabs); * Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; * Basic knowledge of SharePoint. **Benefits of Being a Bwtecher:** * Transportation allowance based on your needs; * Meal and/or food allowance of R$19.00 per day; * Broadband internet subsidy to help offset your internet bill; * Culture allowance for cinema, theater, books, etc.; * Flexible working hours and hour bank system; * Hybrid work model: two days per week onsite at the office and three days remote; * Support for studies and certifications, because continuous growth is part of who we are; * Birthday Day Off to celebrate your special day; * TotalPass for health and wellness; * Fresh fruit available daily in the office — because healthy snacks are essential!; * No dress code — be yourself!
