Job Summary: A Speech-Language Pathologist to join a multidisciplinary team, focusing on communication and language development in children and adolescents using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodology. We are seeking a **Speech-Language Pathologist** to join the multidisciplinary team at Espaço Interação, supporting communication and language development in children and adolescents through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ### **Your Responsibilities:** * Conduct speech-language evaluations focused on language and orofacial motor skills; * Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA); * Design strategies and materials to promote functional communication and overall development; * Guide family members on continuing speech-language therapy strategies within the home environment. ### **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Speech-Language Pathology**; * Active registration with CREFONO; * Interest in Applied Behavior Analysis **(ABA)**; * Proactivity, responsibility, and eagerness to learn; * Availability of at least 5 hours per week, to be scheduled during an afternoon shift; * Prior experience working with children and adolescents. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Training in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) is desirable; * Specific coursework in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD); * Previous courses or certifications in ABA. ### **Benefits:** * Competitive salary; * Transportation allowance or fuel voucher; * Health insurance plan; * Structured career development plan; * **Wellhub**: access to gyms, online workouts, and wellness activities; * **Starbem**: medical, psychological, and nutritional consultations via telemedicine; * **Avus**: discounts on medications, lab tests, vaccines, and health procedures; * Ongoing **ABA training and supervision**.
