Benefit control and posting in the TOTVS system Job Description for HR Payroll Assistant: We are seeking an HR Payroll Assistant to manage processes related to payroll and employee benefits. Responsibilities: 1\. Provide employee support for inquiries regarding salaries, vacations, overtime, and deductions. 2\. Analyze weekly time clock records and resolve discrepancies. 3\. Manage the Health Insurance Plan benefit in the system, including age bracket adjustments and beneficiary updates. 4\. Prepare monthly meal voucher attendance reports and verify postings. 5\. Enter data into the TOTVS system for transportation vouchers, health insurance, and other benefits. 6\. Perform payroll-related tasks, vacation processing, contract termination, and labor charge calculations. 7\. Generate labor obligations in the TOTVS system (RAIS, DIRF, e-Social, DCTF WEB). 8\. Issue labor obligation payment slips and forward them to the finance department. 9\. Submit weekly time clock reports with notes on tardiness and absences. 10\. Update employment records with salary adjustments and terminations. 11\. Maintain an organized departmental file system for management and audits. 12\. Monitor service provider processes and documents, and issue RPAs as required. Requirements: * Proven experience in HR payroll administration * Knowledge of labor legislation, payroll processes, and benefits management * Familiarity with the TOTVS Protheus system is a **plus** * Completed High School education and courses in HR Payroll or related fields
