Job Summary: Daily responsibilities include waste sorting, storage, decharacterization, operating waste balers, and waste collection, all in accordance with safety procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Follow workplace safety procedures **Your Daily Responsibilities:** * Sort waste according to its characteristics; * Store sorted waste in appropriate containers; * Perform waste decharacterization; * Operate baler for recyclable materials; * Conduct waste collection; * Package waste into drums, containers, dumpsters, and/or compactors, as classified; * Follow instructions provided by the team supervisor; * Adhere to established Occupational Health and Safety procedures. **Education:** * Elementary school **Required Qualifications:** * Experience in waste segregation; * Experience operating balers. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Time management; * Communication; * Adaptability; * Proactivity. **Salary and Benefits:** * R$ 1.872,50 * Meal/Voucher Allowance – Flash Benefits (R$ 29.15 per day); * Commuting allowance or fuel assistance; * Basic food basket: R$ 221.64 * Attendance bonus: R$ 150.00 **Working Hours:** Schedule: To be determined Monday to Saturday – 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM Monday to Saturday – 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$ 1.872,50 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
