You will be part of a company that prioritizes quality, integrity, collaboration, and customer service—equipped with the resources, training, and incentives to ensure your success at every step. **Job Responsibilities:** The incumbent is responsible for performing various production operations, as classified under Category C, including operating machines or equipment and performing various assemblies—tasks requiring only manual dexterity, attention to sequence, and ability to read instructions. May also perform all auxiliary production services or related tasks as needed, under the direction of the immediate supervisor. **Job Objective:** Visually or dimensionally inspect quality by consulting reference tables and recording data on control forms. Perform operations according to the order portfolio or KANBAN system. Perform various assemblies and operations on equipment (Class III). Identify the tools, equipment, or machines used. Identify when tools require replacement and/or replenishment. Identify products, parts, or raw materials and their applications. Handle products and parts correctly (storage methods). Complete the autonomous safety and maintenance checklist. Carry out activities related to continuous improvement (Carrier Excellence). Dispose of waste and disposable items in accordance with selective collection procedures. Conduct periodic product traceability. Perform machine set-up (Class III). Maintain order, cleanliness, and equipment preservation in the workplace. Understand the company’s MASS Policy and Management System, and contribute to its implementation.
