Act as a generalist in Personnel Department and Human Resources. Conduct recruitment and selection. Schedule training programs. Manage conflicts. Support leadership and executive management with management information and tools. Serve as the liaison between the accounting office and timekeeping closing processes, payroll verification, vacation scheduling and verification, hiring and termination procedures. Provide support to the Occupational Safety Technician in internal routines. Previous experience as a Recruitment and Selection Specialist, Training Coordinator, Human Resources Consultant, or Organizational Development Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
