




Work in the company’s transportation department, performing material deliveries and pickups while applying necessary knowledge to ensure operations are conducted safely and effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** · Drive safely, applying defensive driving techniques and complying with applicable provisions of the Brazilian Traffic Code (CTB). · Observe speed limits established for each highway and road segment. · Replace the tachograph disc weekly, correctly complete all required entries, and submit it at the gate for review and archiving. · Deliver the daily trip logbook to the Human Resources Department, containing all trip-related information. · At the start of each work shift, perform a vehicle inspection checklist: check coolant level, engine oil, tires, and fuel. · Verify whether any unloading from the previous day remains on the vehicle and carry out unloading as needed; call assistants when required. · Obtain the daily route schedule from the logistics supervisor. · Upon arriving at the company, verify whether materials are ready for loading or if you must wait for release authorization. · Once authorized, position the truck at the designated location in the yard and proceed with unloading. · Report the truck’s odometer reading at the gate; specify customer-specific cargo details when handling multiple pickups per load; submit invoices; conduct separate weigh-ins according to cargo segregation. · Maintain vehicle cleanliness and general upkeep. · Notify the maintenance team promptly whenever vehicle repairs are required. · Assist the Logistics Department as needed—for example, by picking up other drivers or spare parts for maintenance. · Daily assistance with loading/unloading and related collection tasks. **Expected Outcomes:** · Perform transportation, pickup, and delivery activities to the highest possible standard—applying acquired knowledge, meeting deadlines, minimizing costs, ensuring safety, and adhering to traffic laws and internal company policies. · Maintain courteous behavior both inside and outside the company. · Drive safely and economically to reduce overall transportation costs.
