**About the Role**
Alcoa is seeking a Casting Operator to join our team at the Poços de Caldas facility, performing activities in accordance with operational and safety procedures.
**Key responsibilities include:**
* Handling molten metal;
* Operating overhead cranes, forklifts, hoists, and tractors;
* Assisting with furnace-related activities;
* Performing organization and cleaning tasks.
**What you can bring to this role:**
* Education: Completed High School;
* Preferred: Technical course in Electromechanics, Electrotechnics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics;
* Requirement: Driver’s License Class B;
* Preferred: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
* Requirement: Availability to work on a 6x2 rotating shift schedule and reside in Poços de Caldas \- MG.
