Supervise and train assembly department employees; Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to staff; Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules; Ensure safe equipment usage and schedule regular maintenance; Verify production output against specifications; Update production management boards daily; Weekly brief employees on DSS-related matters and guide assembly department staff on attention to and care for DSS; Notify PCP when critical missing parts may significantly impact production; Submit performance and progress reports; Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements; Train new employees on safe machine operation and procedure compliance; Implement strict safety guidelines and enforce company regulations.
