Responsibilities: Attend to customers via phone and email, answering inquiries and providing information about products and services. Prepare quotes and budgets, following up on the sales process until completion. Maintain contact with customers to verify satisfaction with products and services. Organize and manage the customer database. Create and send reports on activities performed. Requirements: High school diploma. Experience in customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of sales techniques. Skills: Clear and effective communication. Organization and proactivity. Ability to work in a team.
