




Job Summary: Sales support professional responsible for quotation management, product control, order processing, and post-sales follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to develop analytical and communication skills **Responsibilities:** Support to sales team (internal and external) Registration and updating of quotations and bundles Shelf management (product expiry dates) Order processing and sales tracking Preparation of performance reports Post-sales support (delivery tracking, incident handling, and customer satisfaction) Assistance in preparing commercial proposals Order modifications Price analysis (SDP) and ad-hoc discount requests **Desired Competencies:** Organization and planning Clear and concise communication Proactivity and agility Proficiency in Excel and systems (ERP/CRM) Basic analytical ability Teamwork **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 **Benefits:** Meal allowance: BRL 400.00; Health and dental insurance; Transportation allowance or fuel allowance.
