Job Summary: Responsible for operating cargo vehicles, transporting goods, and ensuring cargo safety and integrity while complying with traffic and safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Perform daily vehicle inspections and follow established routes Responsible for operating cargo vehicles to transport goods between different locations, adhering to designated routes and ensuring cargo integrity, customer service, and compliance with traffic and safety regulations. Transport finished products according to the company-defined delivery routes and perform other duties related to this position. Collect raw materials and goods purchased by the company. Ensure delivery efficiency, maintaining product quality loaded at the factory, including confirming that cargo is properly secured in the vehicle. Assist in identifying and organizing pallets during loading and unloading of cargo for delivery. Support the logistics department with information regarding product deliveries to customers, route-related difficulties, and other incidents. Operate trucks or trailers to transport cargo on urban, highway, or interstate routes, complying with traffic laws and safety standards. Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including fuel, oil, coolant levels, tire pressure, brake functionality, and lighting system operation. Verify vehicle and cargo documentation to ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements. Follow designated routes, observing speed limits, driving time restrictions, and rest regulations. Assist in loading and unloading processes, ensuring proper handling and cargo integrity. Ensure cargo, vehicle, and road user safety throughout transportation. Complete trip reports and record incidents when necessary. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition, and support transportation department organization. Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes by suggesting appropriate adjustments and reporting daily operational challenges.
