Job Summary: A professional to manage occupational safety, inspect workplaces, develop and update the Risk Management Program (PGR), and promote safety culture. Key Highlights: 1. Workplace environment inspection and proposal of preventive measures ***Requirements:*** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE)/CRT; * Experience in developing and managing PGR; * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office skills; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactive attitude. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Inspect workplaces, identify hazards, and propose preventive and corrective measures; * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and Occupational Health and Safety policies; * Develop, implement, and update the Risk Management Program (PGR); * Conduct training sessions, Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS), and safety inductions; * Monitor proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE); * Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and action plans; * Manage legal documentation (PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, CAT, APR, among others); * Support the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA) and prevention campaigns; * Accompany labor audits and inspections; * Promote educational activities and strengthen the company’s safety culture.
