Job Summary: The professional will formulate and implement occupational health and safety policies, conduct diagnostics, identify control variables, develop educational activities, investigate accidents, and recommend preventive measures. Investigation and analysis of workplace accidents Participate in the formulation and implementation of occupational health and safety policies; conduct an occupational health and safety status assessment of the institution; identify control variables related to diseases, accidents, quality of life, and the environment. Develop educational activities in the field of occupational health and safety; participate in the adoption of technologies and work processes; investigate and analyze workplace accidents and recommend preventive and control measures. **Responsibilities:** \- Maintain a clean and organized workplace and machinery according to established standards. \- Be responsible for inspections and implementation of control measures to ensure the workplace remains safe and comfortable. \- Comply with and enforce the provisions of the Risk Management Program (PGR). \- Ensure proper distribution and replenishment of personal protective equipment (PPE). \- Provide first aid. \- Investigate accidents. \- Advise the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA). \- Prepare service orders. \- Implement workplace accident prevention programs within the company. \- Analyze work methods and processes and identify occupational risk factors. \- Guide, train, and inform employees about the risks associated with each activity. \- Assist in implementing the Occupational Health Monitoring Program (PCMSO).
