After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Apply procedures, standards, and tools of the Environmental Management System (EMS) through rounds, inspections, waste management, training, recording and analyzing environmental data, identifying non-conformities and improvement opportunities—all aimed at ensuring EMS performance and contributing to the company’s sustainable development. * Implement and maintain the Environmental Management System. * Ensure execution and updating of EMS (Environmental Management System) tools. Develop alternatives and opportunities for more efficient environmental management (reduction of losses). * Draft, update, and review environmental waste management forms. * Manage environmental waste, controlling licenses, authorizations, and waste disposal destinations, as well as developing alternative waste disposal solutions. * Analyze, process, and manage environmental indicators—receiving information for indicator closure, processing and verifying received data, and proposing and providing support and corrective actions to departments with the poorest results. * Understand and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource conservation, in compliance with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Security, Medical, and Environmental) policies; comprehend environmental impacts and risks; and become familiar with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of SAP; * SAP knowledge is desirable. **Worth noting:** Working hours Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health insurance and dental plan. * Cuidar Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR — Profit-sharing program. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary — Education program for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub). * Chartered bus service. * On-site dental clinic.
