Utilities Operator III - Temporary Position

Description: * Completed or ongoing technical degree in Chemistry, Mechanical, Environmental Science, or related fields (Mandatory); * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Desirable); * Experience with utilities routines (Desirable). It's worth mentioning: Monday\-Saturday from 05:00 AM to 1:20 PM Operate machines and equipment efficiently, aiming to maintain operating costs within established limits. Monitor and ensure the efficient operation of Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), identifying and reporting anomalies and opportunities for process improvements. Conduct bench-scale Jar Tests to optimize chemical dosing, promoting greater efficiency in water and effluent treatment processes. Monitor raw material consumption, identifying and reporting deviations from the expected standard. Control chemical inventory levels, signaling the need for replenishment when necessary. Manage waste generated by the area, ensuring order and proper system functionality. Periodically check the operation of safety devices, ensuring operational integrity and personnel safety. Ensure equipment performance through correct supply of chemicals and inputs, monitoring their operation and seeking maximum productive performance. Make adjustments to equipment and processes, performing setups and monitoring operational parameters according to defined standards, ensuring production compliance. Start up equipment and peripherals at the beginning of the shift or as required by production demands, ensuring proper system operation. Perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) routines, ensuring maintenance of equipment and production process efficiency. Observe and identify operational anomalies, reporting deviations and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational failures. Propose and initiate labels related to quality, maintenance, environment, and safety according to identified anomalies. Complete and review daily checklists for areas, processes, and equipment, ensuring operational compliance. Carry out cleaning of production areas and equipment according to planning and production process requirements. Perform activities related to quality control routines, following established norms and standards. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines, ensuring compliance of production processes. Properly dispose of reprocessing materials and perform adequate equipment cleaning according to internal procedures. Physically and systematically block and communicate non-conforming products to prevent improper use or shipment. Apply procedures established in the Technical Process Standard (TPS), ensuring standardization and quality of operations. Understand and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource preservation, in accordance with company SSMA policies, understanding environmental impacts and risks, and becoming familiar with emergency response procedures. 2511130202461689556
