Job Title: Property Security Agent Key Responsibilities: \- Conduct patrols and monitoring in internal and external facility areas to ensure asset security.\- Control access for people and vehicles, verifying identification documents and authorizations.\- Identify and report any abnormal or suspicious situations, taking appropriate measures.\- Assist and provide information to employees, customers, and visitors.\- Operate alarm systems, security cameras, and other monitoring equipment.\- Maintain records and reports on activities performed during the shift.\- Act preventively and reactively in accordance with established security protocols. Required Qualifications:\- * Completed High School Education * Security Guard Training Course (Active Professional Registration)\- Prior experience in property security or similar roles\- Strong communication skills, courtesy, and interpersonal relationship abilities\- Ability to work in teams and under pressure\- Basic computer knowledge (systems, applications, and equipment)\- Availability to work rotating shifts (24h/48h) Preferred Qualifications:\- Intervention and Approach Techniques Training Course\- First Aid Certification\- Experience using security equipment (two-way radio, metal detectors, etc.)\- Knowledge of property security legislation and regulations Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$5\.771,69 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
