Salary commensurate with the position + benefits The hotel receptionist is the establishment's business card, responsible for greeting guests, performing check-in/check-out, managing reservations, and providing information to guests. They handle both telephone and in-person customer service, resolve complaints, organize guest registrations, and coordinate with other departments (housekeeping/maintenance) to ensure the best possible lodging experience. * **Customer Service:** Greet guests, perform check-in (arrival) and check-out (departure), and assign rooms. * **Administrative Tasks:** Register guest information, verify identification documents, manage payments, and control room keys. * **Information Provision:** Answer questions, provide tourist information, and recommend local places. * **Internal Communication:** Act as a liaison between guests and departments such as housekeeping (cleaning) and maintenance to facilitate prompt requests. NOTE: Prior experience is not required. Training will be provided.
