The role involves supporting sales staff, organizing the store, and guiding customers toward products best suited to their needs. Key Responsibilities: Serve customers in person, by phone, and via digital channels, providing information about products and applications; Assist in selling hardware for tempered glass (hinges, handles, rollers, locks, etc.); Support preparation of quotations and orders; Organize and restock merchandise, maintaining a clean and orderly store; Verify inventory and assist in controlling product inflow and outflow; Support the sales team in order closing and post-sales activities; Clarify basic questions regarding measurements, models, and product compatibility. ### **Prerequisites** Completed high school education; Experience in customer service or sales (preferred); Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships; Organization and proactivity; Interest in learning about technical products (tempered glass and hardware). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the glass, construction, or hardware industry; Basic knowledge of measurements and ability to read simple project drawings.
